With immediate effect (DAY 15 TICK 356) please direct all NEW admin enquiries to 1,1,1:e Administration of Evolution 5.8
If you are currently dealing with Ally or Araldia on a subject, please continue to do so until the query is resolved.
The ONLY other way to contact admin is via appeals@neondragon.net
This will ensure that all information is dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner.
Any communication from Ally, Araldia or NeonDragon's accounts should be treated as private and personal, and not reposted.
If you intend to publish the contents of a message from the Admin account, please ASK FIRST :)
Thanks

Just kidding, this is a pretty good idea. Having all the administrative action requests in one place should speed things up a bit.

Private Messages are called private for a reason, but to clarify:
In sending a mail from the Administration of Evolution account, we are often dealing with enquiries that are of a sensitive nature. Also, just because someone "appears" to have a similar issue to yourself, it may not be the same issue, and the response that has been given may be targetted to the initial message.
Posting of an admins reply in this case could cause unnecessary confusion, and it would be useful to be informed in order that the other admins are able to respond to replies in an appropriate manner.
There have been many cases in the past where PM sharing has happened and caused conflict due to omission of information, or lack of clarity.
Discretion is the better part of valour, and in responding to queries from Administration, we will assume that the recipient will be polite enough to give us a heads up if they feel the information should be shared.
We are not trying to hide Admin responses, we just need to make sure that players understand that a case-by-case approach is in place, and that your answer may not be relevant to others.
We also have had to put this in place as people found it hard to distinguish our personal messages from our admin ones, meaning that our personal views have been passed around Evolution, with players assuming we were "talking officially".
