Hello,

I have received an offer to purchase the rights to Evolution.

I am setting a deadline for any other offers of: Friday 28th March 2008, 16:00 GMT.

Please submit all offers by this deadline, at which point they will be subject to consideration.

To clarify, what is included is:

• Complete Evolution 5 source code
• Documentation of the way Evolution is configured and required configuration of the software involved, including information required to control the ticker, creatures, items, R&D etc.
• Rights to the graphics commissioned from Irene Giura (the illustrations of each creature)
• Optionally, the server Evo is hosted on, either delivered or by transfering ownership within the company it is co-located with

After numerous requests I'll add the following information to clarify: Evo currently transfers about 160GB data out per month, with around 5.2 million hits.
